Payment & Refund Policy :

• Registration cancellation received in writing before 15^th March 2026 will get 50% of the fees refunded.
• No refund will be given after 15^th March 2026
• The Draft should be drawn in favour of Integrated society of CDEE & CC payable at Bhopal and sent to the conference secretariat Dr. P C Manoria, E-5/103, Arera Colony, Bhopal or alternately money can be transferred online.
• No Cheque will be accepted.

• The rights accept/reject registration is with the organising committee only.
• Refund will not be given to failure to attend, late arrival, early departure or natural calamity.
• No registration delegate bag will be given to absentees or after the conference.
• The organizing committee has the right to wave off registration fees of delegates.
